1. General
These terms govern all purchases made on lyhannah.com. By placing an order, you accept these terms in full.

2. Products
All products are presented as accurately as possible. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.

3. Prices
All prices are listed in EUR, tax included. Shipping costs, if any, are calculated at checkout.

4. Orders
An order is confirmed once payment is received. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details.

5. Payment
We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are processed securely.

6. Shipping
Orders are shipped within 8 business days of confirmation. Delivery times vary by destination — see our Returns Policy for details.

7. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with EU consumer law, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to withdraw from your purchase without justification, subject to the hygiene exception detailed in our Right of Withdrawal section. This is separate from our standard 30-day Returns Policy — see below for full details on both.

8. Liability
Lyhannah cannot be held liable for delays or issues caused by the shipping carrier once the package has left our facility.

9. Applicable law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will fall under the jurisdiction of French courts, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.
