Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your Lyhannah. If something's not right, here's how returns work.

Return window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your item(s) for a refund or exchange.

Conditions
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached, for hygiene reasons — this applies to all intimate apparel.

How to start a return
Email contact@lyhannah.com with your order number. We'll send you the return instructions and address. 

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 8 business days.

Exchanges
Need a different size? Let us know when you request your return, and we'll prioritize getting the right size out to you.

Return shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with EU consumer law, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, contact us at contact@lyhannah.com within the 14-day period, clearly stating your intention to withdraw from your purchase.

Important exception for hygiene reasons
Due to the intimate nature of our products, the right of withdrawal does not apply once the item's hygiene seal has been removed or broken. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, with the hygiene seal and original tags intact for the withdrawal right to apply.

If the hygiene seal has been removed, your return may still be accepted under our standard Returns & Refunds Policy (see above), at our discretion.

Refund following withdrawal
If your withdrawal request is accepted, we will refund the full amount paid, including the original shipping cost (if any), within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Return shipping costs remain your responsibility.
